I sympathize with your situation Joel, but man, you must be into some serious S&M to have taken that shit for a whole year. Are you a glutton for punishment, or what? Have someone drop by Speedlab, take photos of all the cars and their conditions, and make note of the license tags. maybe you can research who the owners are and put together a class action case. Meanwhile, you should do some homework and find out what cases have been filed against him recently. It should be easy to research since most of them are listed in Public Notices in newspapers. Do some homework first though, before you twist off and file suit against him. If you find a pattern with him and his customers, you can build a stronger civil case. It could possibly become criminal if he has willfully defrauded people. I am sure someone here has some legal background that can help you. Good luck.
